Warranty & return
At ZETAZS, we work hard to improve the quality of our electric skateboards. Every electric skateboard has to undergo a series of thorough inspections before shipped out. Once our electric skateboards somehow fail to satisfy you, please contact us directly and let us help you.
- We offer 3 months free repair for defective parts that come with the porduct.
- We can refund your payment if your order has not begun to been processed.
- We don't refund your order once the products you have ordered are being built.
- We don't refund after your order has shipped out.
- We don't refund when there is an issue with the product you received, rather we fix the board in accordance with our warranty and send you free replacement parts (in certain cases you might need to cover the shipping cost for it).
- We don't accept returns.
Does not belong to the scope and content of the warranty
- Failure caused by the user's failure to follow the "Instruction Manual" or "Charging Guidelines";
- Consumables are not covered by the warranty, such as: tires, bearings, shock-absorbing rubber, steering rubber, sandpaper, fuses, rubber plugs, anti-slip rubber, etc., if you need to replace them, you can pay for replacement;
- Excessive use of the battery leads to shortened battery life, water ingress and other man-made damages, etc., which are no longer covered by the warranty. If you need to replace it, you can pay for it;
- Products that are not officially authentic and inconsistent;
- User-made damage, automatic modification, damage caused by disassembly and repair, self-decomposition, damage to the original fault, faults that cannot be technically identified and analyzed;
- Failure caused by improper use by the user, improper storage or accident.
*Charging and maintenance guidelines: If you do not use electrical products for a long time, please fully charge them in advance, and then fully charge them about once a month to prevent the battery pack from over-discharge and damage.
*Any component damaged by human or natural force majeure is not covered by the warranty
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
- Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. But you need let us know before we ship out the order.
- Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
